What are affirmation cards? The aim of affirmation cards is to build positive self belief, positivity about the world and what you want to achieve. This is done by a set of powerful sentences or phases that can change your mindset from negative to positive.
By using affirmation cards you can change your outlook, be inspired and be reminded of positivity and beauty that exists.
There are different types of affirmation

Different people use affirmation cards in different ways. The key is to regularly read or say the affirmation at least once a day. Some people read them once in the morning and once at night. some have them visible around the house such as on bathroom mirror, or the car.
Bedtime affirmation are best read in the hour leading up to bedtime. They support making a positive end to the day, build self image and belief and help reduce anxiety and stress.
